01 YOUR GARAGE

Your bikes, set up in seconds

One bike or a whole garage. Create your bikes in the app or bring them over from Strava. Make yourself at home.

  • Bikes on Strava are optional. Import them with their whole ride history, or create your own bikes in My Bikes and assign incoming Strava rides to them yourself. You can also log rides by hand.
  • Guided setup: name, photo, kind of bike, what's on it, last suspension service, and "Do you wax its chains?".
  • Set it up for me adds the usual parts with their reminders:
  • Start empty creates the bike with no parts.
  • Several photos per bike, swipe between them. Drag bikes to reorder the list.
  • Track distance in your preferred units: kilometres or miles.
  • If you want, link a bike you created in My Bikes to a Strava bike later; it keeps both sets of rides.

02 PART BY PART

Every part counts its own wear

A fresh chain starts at zero. Your wheels keep their distance history. Every part gets its own story.

  • Each part counts the distance and riding time of every ride since the day it was installed.
  • Brand, model, notes and a user manual link on each part.
  • Count virtual rides (Zwift, home trainer) or not, part by part: off for the front wheel, on for the chain.
  • Retire a worn part: it moves to the Retired list and keeps its history. The part-life PDF report (PRO) gives you an overview of your parts’ life.

03 A LITTLE HEADS-UP

Reminders that follow your riding

Less keeping track. More getting out. Know what needs attention before your next ride.

  • Remind by distance, riding time or date: lube the chain after a distance you choose, service the fork every 50 hours, wash the bike every two weeks.
  • Each reminder shows Good, Soon (at 85%) or Due. Bike cards show Due or Soon at a glance.
  • Up next on each bike lists the most urgent tasks, its parts' included.
  • Mark done adds a maintenance record and restarts the reminder.
  • Notifications when something is due. Touch and hold the notification and tap Task completed, without opening the app.

04 AFTER THE RIDE

Rides to review

Your ride is over. Your bike’s story is up to date. Give the details a quick once-over.

  • New Strava rides land in one list, grouped by bike, with the wear each ride adds to each part. You don’t need bikes set up on Strava: create them in My Bikes and assign the rides yourself.
  • Strava picked the wrong bike? Move the ride in one tap; the change goes back to Strava too.
  • Rides without a bike on Strava show up too. Assign them to a bike you created in My Bikes, so none are lost.
  • Exclude a ride from the distance and hours, for the bike or for one part.
  • Tag a ride Dusty, Muddy or Wet.
  • Add rides by hand.

05 MADE TO MOVE PRO

Components that move between bikes

Race wheels today. Winter wheels tomorrow. The distance history goes with the component.

  • Race wheels, winter wheels, power meter pedals: each component keeps its own distance, wear and reminders.
  • Swap it to another bike, swap it with the component already there, or put it on the shelf. Its history follows it.
  • A usage timeline shows which bike it was on, and when.
  • Convert any part into a component; its reminders and records come along.

06 THE WAX ROUTINE PRO

Chain Wax

A little ritual. A smoother ride. Keep every chain in your rotation ready to roll.

  • Rotate your waxed chains between your bikes. Each chain tracks its own distance since its last wax and tells you when to re-wax, with a coloured progress bar.
  • Swap chain in one tap; see which chains on the shelf are ready and which need wax.
  • Wax day lists every chain to wax, grouped by how dirty it is. Mark all waxed in one tap.
  • Muddy or Wet rides make a chain need wax.
  • Optional chain life expectancy, with a life bar and a reminder to replace the chain.
  • The Wax log keeps every swap and every wax.

07 THE FULL PICTURE

Maintenance log and costs

Every tune-up, every receipt, every little fix. A proper service history for your bike.

  • Log every service with notes and photos (a receipt, a worn part).
  • Add a price: My Bikes adds it all up for each bike and each part, down to the cost per kilometre or mile, depending on your chosen units.
  • Scan a receipt: My Bikes reads the amount, date and items for you.
  • History stays, even for retired parts and removed parts.

08 ON THE SHELF PRO

Spare parts

You might already have what you need. Give the parts in your drawer a place of their own.

  • Know what's on the shelf before you buy: tubes, tires, brake pads, chains, with photos.
  • Take a part off a bike onto the shelf, or fit a spare part onto a bike.

09 READY TO SHARE PRO

PDF reports

A bike with a story worth sharing. Take its service history to the shop, or hand it to its next rider.

  • Share or print a bike's maintenance history, for you, your shop or a buyer: Bike details, details with maintenance history, or maintenance history only (grouped by year).

A few things you might wonder.

Do I need an account?

No. Tap Get started. Link Apple or Google later to keep your data safe if you change phones.

Do I need Strava?

No. Create your bikes and add rides by hand in My Bikes. Connect to Strava if you want rides to arrive automatically. Bikes on Strava are optional: you can assign those rides to your own bikes in the app.

Which rides come in from Strava?

Rides assigned to your Strava bikes, plus rides with no bike. You don’t need to create bikes on Strava: create them in My Bikes and assign incoming rides yourself.

Does it count Zwift rides?

Yes, and you choose for each part whether virtual rides count. For example, your front wheel doesn’t wear on an indoor trainer, so you can leave virtual rides off for that part.

Does it work on iPad?

Yes, with a split view.

What happens after the free trial?

You keep one bike with everything, free. PRO unlocks the rest.
